The Alto dos Moinhos Notary Office services are ensured by the Notary Elisa Saraiva and her installations are located in the Alto dos Moinhos neighbourhood, next to the Alto dos Moinhos Metro Station and Avenida Lusíada, in the vicinity of the Lusíadas Hospital and the Delfim Santos School.

Notary Elisa Saraiva

Dr. Elisa Saraiva graduated in law from the Faculty of Law, the University of Lisbon in 2005. Two years later, she was awarded the title of Notary after having completed her internship at the Isaura Deodato Notary Office, in Telheiras, Lisbon in 2007.

She tendered for and won the licence to open a notary office in Alcácer do Sal, which was the first private notary office in the council and remained the only such establishment until 2015. In that same year, she again submitted a tender to open a notary office, this time in Palmela and, following success, she ran this office until 2022.

She decided to switch sides of the Tagus, tendering and winning the licence to open a notary office in Lisbon. She set about restoring notary services to a neighbourhood which had formerly been served, throughout over two decades, by the 28th Notary Office of Lisbon and the Ana Alice Ribeiro Gomes Notary Office. This new office operated for two years in temporary facilities in the Colégio Militar zone. She then moved address and opened the doors in the Alto dos Moinhos neighbourhood, very close to the eponymous metro station and the Luz Football Stadium, ready to serve the people of Lisbon and beyond.

2008

Concorreu e conseguiu a licença de instalação de cartório notarial em Alcácer do Sal, onde abriu o primeiro cartório notarial privado do concelho e manteve-se como única notária até 2015. Ainda no ano de 2015, concorreu novamente para a instalação de cartório notarial e a mesma foi-lhe atribuída, instalando-o em Palmela, onde exerceu funções, em cartório notarial próprio, até 2022.

2022

Mudou de margem e conseguiu a licença de instalação de cartório notarial em Lisboa. Empenhou-se para devolver um notário ao bairro onde tinham funcionado, durante mais de 20 anos, o 28º Cartório Notarial de Lisboa e o Cartório Notarial de Ana Alice Ribeiro Gomes, que tinha até funcionado durante 2 anos, provisoriamente, na zona do Colégio Militar. Mudou-lhe a morada e abriu portas no Bairro do Alto dos Moinhos, bem perto do Estádio da Luz e do Hospital dos Lusíadas e pronta para servir as pessoas de Lisboa.

Between the years 2000 and 2005 (formerly located on Rua Augusto Pina, nº 21, R/C, Loja A, 1500-065 Lisbon, now hosting the Benfica Registration Office).

Between the years 2005 and 2021 (formerly located on Rua Prof. Reinaldo dos Santos, nº 16-A, 1500-501 Lisbon)

Notary Office of Ana Rita Vieira Pereira

In replacement, between the years 2021 and 2022 (formerly located on Av. do Colégio Militar, nº 20-B, 1500-185 Lisbon).

The Elisa Saraiva Notary Office also undertakes, whenever necessary, notary services outside of the office, in residences, hospitals and companies across Lisbon Municipal Council.
