Notary Elisa Saraiva

Dr. Elisa Saraiva graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2005. Two years later, in 2007, she obtained the title of Notary, having completed her internship at the Notary Office of Isaura Deodato, in Telheiras, Lisbon.

Mission

The main objective of the Alto dos Moinhos Registry Office is to offer excellent service to the families and businesses that use its services. The aim is to practice a notary office based on proximity and trust, where there is time and space to listen, while adhering to the highest technical and ethical standards.

She applied for and obtained a license to establish a notary office in Alcácer do Sal, where she opened the municipality's first private notary office and remained the sole notary until 2015. Also in 2015, she applied again for a notary office license, this time in Palmela, and it was granted, where she worked until 2022.

After applying for and obtaining a license to establish a notary office in Lisbon, she moved to a new location. She worked diligently to bring a notary back to the neighborhood where the 28th Notary Office of Lisbon and the office of Ana Alice Ribeiro Gomes, which had operated provisionally for two years in the Colégio Militar area, had been located for over 20 years. She changed the address and opened her doors in the Alto dos Moinhos neighborhood, very close to the Metro Station and the Estádio da Luz, ready to serve the population of Lisbon and beyond.

She changed address and opened her doors in the Alto dos Moinhos neighborhood, very close to the Estádio da Luz and the Hospital dos Lusíadas, ready to serve the people of Lisbon.

In replacement, between the years 2021 and 2022 (previously located at Av. do Colégio Militar, nº 20-B, 1500-185 Lisbon).
